Noratel designs and manufactures air-core inductors and chokes for high-power filtering and conditioning. Available with copper or aluminium windings in a wide range of winding styles, these coils are built with robust construction to perform reliably in demanding environments. Rated currents extend up to 1000 A (higher on request) with working voltages up to 12 kV.
Thanks to their high inductance and linearity, air-core windings are indispensable in tuned filters and power conditioners. They can be supplied in open or enclosed designs, with a variety of mounting options and heavy-duty enclosures engineered for high vibration and shock conditions.
