Dorota Hranyczka is Noratel’s Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), leading the global People & Culture function with a strong focus on aligning talent strategy with business priorities. With over 20 years of experience across industries such as shipbuilding, oil & gas, IT, and green technology, she brings a well-rounded perspective to managing people in complex, international organizations.
Since joining Noratel in 2018 and stepping into her current role in 2021, Dorota has been driving the company’s global HR agenda across 17 countries. Her focus includes leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition, and workforce planning—ensuring the organization is prepared for sustainable growth.
She is particularly focused on strengthening engagement, culture, and change management, while building high-performance teams that deliver measurable business impact. Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring that HR initiatives translate into real outcomes.
As a member of the Group Leadership Team, Dorota plays a key role in shaping Noratel’s organizational transformation, with an emphasis on governance, data-driven decision-making, and long-term capability building.
